Susan Sturm is an experienced leader in professional learning, innovation, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in education and organizational development. Susan brings over a decade of experience designing transformative learning experiences that foster inclusive excellence and drive meaningful change. With a Ph.D. in Elementary Education and a Master’s degree in Library & Information Science from the University at Buffalo, Susan’s career has spanned faculty and leadership roles at Nazareth University, SUNY Fredonia, and D’Youville College. Her expertise centers on building equitable learning environments, cultivating creative problem-solving, and empowering individuals and teams to thrive in diverse workplaces. Susan is passionate about translating research into actionable strategies, helping organizations and teams advance their goals.
